How to deal with pain?

The pain which you feel cannot be cured by grieving over it; it can only be cured by knowing the reason behind this calamity. Once you know the reason behind your calamity, I am sure your pain will fade away and you will find peace within difficulty. In shaa Allah.

Know the reason behind your Calamity.

At the time of Hardship, It’s man’s nature to be impatient but when he [true believer] knows the reason behind the hardship. He begins to display patience. Patience is the best remedy for every trouble, if you had patience you would not be in trouble. Because patience helps us to stay positive in difficult situation and makes our life more easy and beautiful. If you want to make your life beautiful, learn to be patient. Remember! if you don't learn how to be patient, the pain will continue.

For this, Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said; ...Nobody can be given a blessing better and greater than patience." [Sahih al-Bukhari 1469]

What is the reason behind the Calamity ?

The answer is very simple and easy, Test. A test from Allah SWT, because the life of this world nothing but a Test.

Why does Allah test us? Test to check the quality of the faith and patience in you. In this test if you pass you will win the pleasure of Allah and achieve the highest rank in Jannah. If you fail, you are the big loser; you will lose paradise as well as pleasure of Allah SWT. Be careful about the test of Allah SWT and don't lose this opportunity to get closer to Allah SWT.

How to live a happy and successful life?

Mere ustad kehte theh ke khush haal zindagi ke sirf 3 usool hain.

1) Apne zindagi ke maqsad ko Janlena.

2) Apne oper aane wali musibat ki wajah ko samajlena.

3) Is musibat pe, sabar karne per, akhirat mein Allah swt ki taraf se jo umdah reward [paradise] milne wali hai us per pakka yaqeen rakha.

To Allah SWT us insaan ko dunya ke har ranj o gham se azaad kardete hain.

Aur Jo Insaan

1) Apne zindagi ke maqsad ko jaan Na saka.

2) Apne oper aane wali musibat ke wajah ko samaj Na saka.

3) Aur agar Akhirat per bhi iska Iman kamzoor raha.

To wo insaan dunya ki choti si choti takleef ko bhi bardasht kar nahi pata.

Kyunke ye naam ka musalman hai. Naam ka musalman hoon main, Isliye pareshan hoon main.

Allah SWT Test us with Ailment

The life of this world is nothing but a test, and one of the ways that we are tested by Allah SWT is through Ailment. Test to check the quality of the faith and patience in you.

Allah SWT said in the Quran : Or think you that you will enter paradise without such (Trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments... (Qur’an 2 : 214)

...We are putting all of you to a test by passing you through bad and good conditions,... (Qur’an 21 : 35)

...He did all of this in order to test the believers... [Quran 8 : 17]

Trials that come in our life are not to destroy us; but it [trial] present an opportunity to earn paradise.

If Allah wants to do good to somebody, he afflicts him with trials, because every trial is an opportunity to win the pleasure of Allah and achieve the highest rank in paradise. If Allah loves someone, then only, he gives him a opportunity, through trial, to earn the pleasure of Allah and paradise.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials." [Sahih al-Bukhari 5645]

Why did Prophet Muhammad PBUH, say, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials." Because every trial presents an opportunity to earn the pleasure of Allah and achieve the highest place in paradise.

Test and Trials in our life are not to destroy us, but it is a chance to be a patient. It is a chance to show the strength of our faith. It is a chance to get closer to Allah. It is a chance to achieve the highest rank in Jannah. Indeed it is a door to Jannah. Open it or close it, your choice.

Every trial is a gift. without trial we would not grow, without trial we cannot gain any valuable achievement, without trial we will not reach the highest place in Jannah, without trial we will not gain pleasure of Allah. Success starts with trial, not from the comfort zone. I know, my dear trial that Allah SWT is using you for my good, because Allah SWT tests him, whom he chose for his reward.

Trials are just like a ladder which takes us to paradise, but its steps are poverty, illness, loss and other aspects of calamities. It is very difficult to walk on this ladder but the destination is very beautiful at the end of your painful journey.

Just as you thank Allah for His blessings, you should also thank Allah for every trial because this is the only way to reach the highest place of Paradise.

What to do when Allah Tests us with Ailment ?

Don't be depressed because of this ailment, but try to understand the reason behind this ailment. The reason behind this ailment is that Allah SWT is testing you with this ailment. It is a moment of test, a test that once you pass with patience, it will reward you with the highest place in paradise. Remember if you lose patience, you will lose paradise. So please be patient and trust in Allah. In shaa Allah, Allah SWT will give you the great reward for your patience.

Be patient when Allah SWT tests you.

Allah SWT said in the Quran : ...endure with patience whatever affliction befalls you... (Qur'an 31 : 17)

...show patience in hardship and adversity, and in times of distress. Such are the true believers;... (Quran 2:177)

So be patient with beautiful patience. [Quran 70 : 5]

and be patient for the sake of your Lord. [Quran 74:7]

Be patient; God is with those who are patient in hard times. [Quran 8:46]

Whenever a true believer faces any problem, instead of complaining, he says, "Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un." [We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return]. In the Quran, Allah SWT has described these people as rightly guided persons.

Allah SWT said in the Quran : who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return." Such are the people on whom there are blessings and Mercy from Allah; and they are the ones that are rightly guided. (Quran 2 : 156 - 157)

I don't care how hard life gets, my hardship could not defeat my faith, In shaa Allah I am not losing my faith in Allah.

O Allah, I will remain patient in order to please you, even though my sorrow kills me, I will still stand with patience. It's enough for me that you're pleased.

...And Allah‘s pleasure is above all. That is the supreme success. [Quran 9:72]

Reward of Patience - Paradise

Patience is a huge act worship and is reserved only for those who are tested with adversity. Do not let your suffering go to waste, and extract maximum reward from it, through patience.

It was narrated from Abu Umamah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Allah says: ‘O son of Adam! If you are patient and seek reward at the moment of first shock, I will not approve of any reward for you less than Paradise.’” [Sunan Ibn Majah 1597]

Your patience is never a waste, there is a reward for it. The reward of patience in the face of misfortune is more than what has been lost.

Some beautiful promise [gift] from Allah SWT for those who are patient.

Allah SWT said in the Quran : ...Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without reckoning. (Qur’an 39:10)

And their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, because they were patient. [Quran : 76:12]

And when you look there (in Paradise), you will see a delight (that cannot be imagined), and a great dominion. [Quran : 76:20]

And no human being can imagine what blissful delights are kept hidden for them as a reward for what they used to do. [Quran 32:17]

The righteous will enjoy the delights of Paradise, (Qur’an 82 : 13)

Indeed, the righteous will be amid Gardens and springs, ˹joyfully˺ receiving what their Lord will grant them. Before this ˹reward˺ they were truly good-doers ˹in the world˺: (Qur'an 51 : 15 - 16)

In return for your patience, you will be blessed with such things that you will be amazed. Allahu Akbar that is the reward of patience, It is difficult to be patient but to waste the reward for patience is worse.

They will have whatever they desire with their Lord. That is the reward of the good-doers. (Qur'an 39 : 34)

(And it will be said to them): "Verily, this is a reward for you, and your endeavour has been accepted." (22) (Quran 76 : 22)

Don't be sad; pain in this world is temporary handle it with patience, In shaa Allah, a greater reward awaits you. At this time, I remember my friend's word, which he always said. I live a life of extreme poverty, illness, and other hardships, but still I am very happy because I know the reward of patience is paradise.

Allah SWT said in the Quran : "Those will be rewarded with the highest place [in Paradise] because of their patience.." (Quran-25:75).

In shaa Allah, your patience will take you to most beautiful place in Jannah.

And your Lord is sure to give you [so much], and you will be satisfied. [Quran 93 : 5]

Allahu Akbar, this is the reward of your patience. Remember, if you lose patience, you will lose paradise. Patience may be bitter now, but the end result will be sweeter. One day Allah will grant you so much happiness that you will forget about all of the pain you have endured.

If Allah wants to put you in a high position in Paradise.

If Allah wants to put you in a high position in Paradise, He will test you with your body. Allah tests him, whom he chose for his reward. Because every trial is a gift, without trial we would not grow. Please don't lose it, nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity.

It is possible that it is written for a person that he has a rank in Paradise that he cannot attain by way of his actions alone. So Allah trials him with calamities, then he gives him the ability to endure that. So that Allah may by way of them elevate his station with Himself (subhanahu wa ta’ala).

Narrated Muhammad ibn Khalid as-Sulami: on his father's authority said his grandfather reported: He was a Companion of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: When Allah has previously decreed for a servant a rank which he has not attained by his action, He afflicts him in his body, or his property or his children. Abu Dawud said: Ibn Nufail added in his version: "He then enables him to endure that." The agreed version goes: "So that He may bring him to the rank previously decreed from him by Allah." [Sunan Abi Dawud 3090]

Alhamdulillah, when I read this hadith, I find peace within the difficulties, and my stress completely fades away.

Perhaps Allah SWT has written a high position in paradise in my destiny; that’s why Allah SWT is testing me with this ailment. Dear Trial, If you weren't, probably I would never have reached this place in Heaven. Thank you Allah, for the trials that make me closer to you and help me to achieve the highest rank in Jannah.

'Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "When Allah wants good for a slave, He puts him in action." It was said: "How does he put him in action O Messenger Of Allah?" He said: "By making him meet up with the righteous deeds before death." [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2142]

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.” [Sunan Ibn Majah 4031]

The PAIN that you have been feeling in this world through TRIALS is nothing compared to the JOY that is coming in the Akhirah.

Those who endure in the face of adversity will definitely live a happy and enjoyable life in this world and also have great success in the hereafter. But those who are impatient in the face of adversity will definitely have a painful life in this world and face severe punishment in the hereafter.

Whenever I feel depressed because of my poor health, verses of the Quran help me to normalized my mood. If the person did not have the support of the Quran, he would have completely broke down from inside. Indeed who attached himself to the Quran will find peace.

True and False Believer attitude during Trial.

True believer see it [trial] as a opportunity.

True believers aren’t afraid of bad situations. They understand that the life of this world is nothing but a test, and Allah SWT tested me with this problem, and he accepted.

True believer know the trials in our life are not to destroy us, but it is a chance to be a patient. It is a chance to show the strength of our faith. It is a chance to get closer to Allah. It is a chance to achieve the highest rank in Jannah. Indeed it is a door to Jannah. Open it or close it, your choice.

Alhamdulillah we are Muslims, believers of Allah, then why weep at a difficult time? When A hardship and suffering is a opportunity to develop relationship with Allah. It is a moment of test, a test that once you pass with patience, it will grant you reward more than you can imagine.

Allah SWT said in the Quran: "Those will be rewarded with the highest place [in Paradise] because of their patience.." (Quran-25:75).

Allahu Akbar that is the reward of TRIALS. It is difficult to be patient. But to waste the reward of patience is worse.

True believer see it [test] as an opportunity to win the pleasure of Allah and achieve the highest rank in Jannah. Please don't lose it, nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity.

False believer see it [trial] as a problem.

False believer see it [trial] as a problem, because he do not know the reason behind the calamity.

They ˹only˺ know the worldly affairs of this life, but are ˹totally˺ oblivious to the Hereafter. [Quran 30:7]

Those who do not know the reason behind the calamity can never be happy in their life. And those who know the reason behind the calamity are not afraid of the difficulties of life.

Allah SWT has made Trials easy for true believers.

True believer never suffer such feelings as worry, stress, panic or fear in the face of calamities. Because he knows the purpose of life, he knows the reason behind his calamity, he knows what a wonderful reward he will get in exchange for his patience on trials. Along with this, he has strong faith in the life of the hereafter. Overall, he lives for hereafter, so Allah SWT frees this person from all the sorrows of the world.

And the person who could not know the purpose of his life could not know the reason behind his calamity, and his faith in the hereafter is weak. So this person cannot bear even the smallest pain of the world, because he is Muslim by name only.

I am a Muslim by name only; that’s why I am depressed.

Focus

If you focus on the hurt you will continue to suffer. But if you focus on reward, which will come through patience you will feel happy.

When you live a strong purpose [which means living for hereafter], the difficulties of life are not disturbing you.

Ayyub AS - The Man Of Patience

Every person is faced with trials and tribulations at one point or another in their lives. It is patience that helps the believer cope. When calamity befalls a believer, it does not crush him. Instead, the believer endures, persists, and has hope in the mercy of Allah and the rewards that are awaiting him on the Day of Judgment.

Prophet Ayyub (peace be upon him) was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an four times. He resided in the region that is now Syria. Prior to his illness, Prophet Ayyub was an extremely wealthy man. He possessed treasures of gold and silver, and he owned land, farms, fields, and cattle. He also had many children. Then Allah SWT wanted to test his faith and eventually all was taken. His wealth vanished, he lost his family and he got terribly sick which lasted many years. He got involved in a disease where all his body got covered with sores. Yet he had such a strong faith in Allah that he did not become hopeless.

Scholars say that the illness overtook Prophet Ayyub when he was seventy years old. The illness was so severe; historians have written that not a single limb of Ayyub was free from disease except his tongue and his heart, which he used for the remembrance of Allah. Whenever you feel that your body is in pain due to illness, remember only once before weeping that Hazrat Ayub AS was sicker than you.

One day, Prophet Ayyub AS wife asked her husband why he did not supplicate to Allah to relieve him of his illness. Prophet Ayyub replied, “I lived for seventy years in prosperity and health why shouldn’t I be patient for the sake of Allah for seventy years.” Never did Prophet Ayyub lament, grow angry, or reject the fate which Allah had decreed for him. Day and night, throughout the pain and difficult times, Prophet Ayyub would praise his Lord.

Prophets and sincere believers understand that Allah puts His slaves through trials and afflictions to test their patience. In reality, tragedies that strike a Muslim should not be interpreted as a tragedy that would destroy his life, but rather as a proof that Allah loves him. Because it is an opportunity to earn Allah's pleasure and obtain the greatest rank in paradise. For some Muslims, this is a wake-up call to turn to Allah and repent. We must treat our difficulties as an opportunity to demonstrate patience.

Woman of Paradise

Narrated 'Ata bin Abi Rabah: Ibn `Abbas said to me, "Shall I show you a woman of the people of Paradise?" I said, "Yes." He said, "This black lady came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, 'I get attacks of epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered; please invoke Allah for me.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to her), 'If you wish, be patient and you will have (enter) Paradise; and if you wish, I will invoke Allah to cure you.' She said, 'I will remain patient,' and added, 'but I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered.' So he invoked Allah for her." Narrated 'Ata: That he had seen Um Zafar, the tall black lady, at (holding) the curtain of the Ka`ba. [Sahih al-Bukhari 5652]

The PAIN that you have been feeling in this WORLD, through trial is nothing compared to the JOY that is coming in the AKHIRAH.

Supplication for protection from harm for the whole day.

Aban bin `Uthman said: “I heard `Uthman bin `Affan (ra) saying: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no worshiper who says, in the morning of every day, and the evening of every night: ‘In the Name of Allah, who with His Name, nothing in the earth or the heavens can cause harm, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing (Bismillāh, alladhi lā yaḍurru ma`a ismihi shai'un fil-arḍi wa lā fis-samā', wa huwas-Samī`ul `Alīm)’ – three times, (except that) nothing shall harm him.” And Aban had been stricken with a type of semi-paralysis, so a man began to look at him, so Aban said to him, “What are you looking at? Indeed the Hadith is as I reported it to you, but I did not say it one day, so Allah brought about His decree upon me.” [Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3388]

Alhamdulillah Kahen

Agar aap beemar hain to bhi Alhamdulillah kahen, Isliye ke aap zinda to hain aur shukar karo ke aap ko sirf heart attack huwa hai balke sudden maut to nahi ayee. socho, agar sudden maut ajati to grave mein mera kya hota? Kya main qabar mein munkir nakir ke sawal jawab aur Allah ka samna karne keliye tayar thah?

Nahi Bilkul Nahi.

Aap apni zindagi mein bhale khush na hoon, per kuch log aise bhi hain, jo grave mein aap jaisi zindagi jeene keliye taras rahe hain.

Isliye Allah ka shukr aada karo ke atleast apne gunahoon ki maaf mangne [tauba] keliye aur akhirat banane keliye takleef da hi zindagi kyun na ho, zindagi to hai aur akhirat banane keliye aur ek moqa to hai.

So just stop overthinking take a deep breath and say, 'Alhamdulillah'.

Always say Alhamdulillah and remember that your life is better than millions!

False Believer Attitude During Trial.

False believer see it as a problem and he always looks at the dark side of the problem with that complaint and goes on a rant.

True Believer Attitude During Trial.

True believer per jab bhi koi musibat pesh aati hai to fauran kehne lagte hai, zindagi to ek test hai aur allah mujhe is musibat se azma raha hai aur mujhe is test mein sabar ke zariye paas hona hai. True believer always looks at the bright side of the problem with that see it [trials] as a opportunity to get closer to Allah.
